Kascade Enterprises is based in Wellington, FL in the Winter/Spring and Lexington, KY in the Summer/Fall.
Eric Hasbrouck of Kascade Enterprises has been a professional trainer and competitor at all levels of the equestrian sport for over 40 years.
He was the head trainer at two major East Coast show stables for over 25 years. During this time, he won most major Grand Prix's in North America and competed successfully for the USA both at home and in Europe. The highlight of his career was representing the USA in the World Championships in Rome, Italy in 1998.
More recently, Eric has focused on developing top level horses and riders for the modern day sport. He and his business partner Meghan Kanz have the ability to train riders from the very beginning all the way up to the highest level of the sport.
In addition, Eric is an FEI level 2 course designer, he designs equestrian properties and he was a founding member of the Syracuse Invitational Sport Horse Tournament.
Eric has served on the Olympic Selection Committee for the United States show Jumping Team for two Olympic Games and for one World Championships. He served as Chef d’Equipe for the 2008 Super League Team in Dublin, Ireland and in Lumen, Belgium in 2007.
Meghan Kanz has been riding and teaching professionally throughout North America for the past 10 years.
Originally from the West Coast, she successfully competed as a Junior in the Hunters, Jumpers and Equitation.
Since becoming a Professional and moving to the East Coast, Meghan has competed and trained all over North America with wins and top placings in both the jumpers and hunters at venues including; WEF, Spruce Meadows, Lake Placid and Thunderbird Showpark.
Currently, Meghan manages all aspects of Kascade Enterprises at home and on the road.
